1. Introduction & Scope

Welcome to HisabPOS. This Privacy Policy outlines how HisabPOS ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, protects, and discloses personal information and business records when you use our mobile application (Ionic/Vue Android & iOS apps) and web management platform.

By installing or using the HisabPOS App, you consent to the data collection and security practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Name, phone number, email address, store name, and business address required for account creation and subscription verification.
• Business & Financial Data: Product catalog, stock levels, sale invoices, customer ledger (dener-paonar hisab), supplier accounts, and expense records.
• Device & System Permissions:
  • Camera Permission: Used strictly for scanning product barcodes and QR codes during sales transactions.
  • Bluetooth & Storage Permission: Used for connecting thermal POS printers and generating PDF sales receipts.
  • Device ID & IP Address: Collected for fraud prevention, multi-device active session management, and security alerts.

3. Data Protection & Security Architecture

We prioritize your business security with bank-grade standards:

• All data transmitted between the HisabPOS mobile app and our servers is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS protocol.
• Automated daily cloud backups ensure your ledger data is never lost due to device theft or breakdown.
• Strict RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) ensures store employees can only see data authorized by the owner.

4. Data Ownership & Account Deletion

You own your business data completely. You have the right to:

• Export your inventory and ledger reports in Excel/PDF at any time.
• Request full account and data deletion by contacting support@hisabpos.com or via the App Support menu. All associated store records will be permanently purged within 30 days.
